Leon Davis, 72, of Weaverville went home to be with the Lord on March 21st, 2022. He was a native of Buncombe County. He was a loving and caring brother and uncle. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers football fan. He also loved to watch the Andy Griffith show daily and loved Bible study. He was the son of the late Elmer and Fushia Davis, of Asheville. He is preceded in death by his brother Lorry Wayne Davis., of Mars Hill.

His surviving sister Patricia Lail, of Weaverville, was instrumental for his full time care for twelve years. He was loved and cherished by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. A special thanks to Maxim Health Care and to his great niece Kelsey Cleveland who was as well dedicated to his full time care.
