Lillian Gosnell Tweed, 94 passed away at home December 7, 2012. She was born August 26, 1918 to the late William Rollins and Callie Sams Gosnell. She was also preceded in death by son, Lane Tweed grandson, Dennis Buckner, 6 brothers and 5 sisters. Lillian is survived by her daughters Barbara McFee (Joe), Margie Davis (Clyde), Sandra Buckner, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 2:30, Sunday, December 9, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Joe Bennett and Rev. Tommy James will officiate. Burial will follow at Gabriel's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30.
