Linda Kay Horn Phillips, 70, of Weaverville, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022. She was born January 13, 1952, to the late Eugene and Pauline Riley Horn. She is also preceded in death by her brothers David and Robert Horn.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of twenty-six years, Jeffrey Phillips. She is also survived by her daughter: Anna Bradley; son: Adam (Nicole) Bradley; stepson: Timothy Phillips; brother: Bill Horn; grandchildren: Aidan Bradley and Liam O'Neil Phillips.

Linda was a native of Labadie, Missouri and a resident of Weaverville most of her life. She was a retired custodian of the Buncombe County School District. Linda was a faithful member of Clark's Chapel United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at Clark's Chapel United Methodist Church located at 25 Clark's Chapel Church Road, Weaverville, NC 28787. Reverends J.P. Bolick and Ray Kiess will be officiating.
