Loy Wayne Thomas, 81, of Marshall, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023. Born February 23, 1942, to the late Cletus and Hazel Chandler Thomas in Madison County.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Brown.

Loy retired from APAC Paving Company.

He is survived by his very special friend, Paula Tweed; brother, Richard Thomas; nieces and nephews, Becky, Richard, Jr., and Stacey; step grandchildren, Trisha, Emily and Charlie.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, in Walnut Community Cemetery.

Reverends Dennis Shepherd and Matthew Honeycutt will officiate.
