Obituary
Major Michelle Lynn Elliott Quintero, 48, of Burnsville passed away, September 27, 2024. She was the daughter of Cash and Patsy Durham Phillips. Michelle worked for the Madison County Sheriff Office since June of 2007 and was a member of Liberty Chapel.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Isaac Quintero; daughter, Ashlyn Qunitero; son, Isaac Qunitero; brothers, Coy Phillips and JR Elliott; sister, Mackisha Phillips; grandson, Gideon Cash Hoilman; a soon to be grandchild and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm Sunday, November 3, 2024, at Brookstone Church, 90 Griffey Road, Weaverville, NC 28787. Conducting the service will be Pastor Sheriff Buddy Harwood, Pastor Kevin Huskins, Pastor Bart Deyton and Michael Garrison.
