Marjorie Virginia Kelly Lombardi, 91 formerly of Marshall passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Aston Park Health Care Center in Asheville. Mrs. Lombardi was a native of Mineola, New York and the daughter of the late George and Kathleen Hughes Kelly. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lombardi and brother, Robert Kelly. Mrs. Lombardi was a welder during WWII. She is survived by her daughter; Meg Kelly, sons; Arthur Lombardi, Jr., Michael Lombardi, sisters; Kay Kelly, Joan Davidson, Kathleen Penkusky, grandchildren; Dane Hession, Heather Boggess, Kaitlin, Anastasia and Kelly Lombardi. A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, July 30, 2015 in Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with The Reverend Deacon Michael Ashmore officiating. Burial will be held in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in Derby, CT at a later date. Visitation for the family will be held one hour prior to the service.
