Marvin Lee King, 69, of Marshall, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026. He was the son of Louella Shelton King and the late Clinton King. He is preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence King.

In addition to his mother, Marvin is survived by his children, Misty Fowler, Amber Conner, Sandon King, and Terry King; sister, Charlotte Hensley; brothers, Howard, Kenneth, Buddy, and Ray King; grandchildren, Tasha Lawson, Jordan King, Travis Fowler, Austin Chandler, Nakaila Marler, Chase Fowler, Kylie King, Landon Marler, Wesley Conner, Aiden King, Alexis Conner, and Jayden King; 10 great grandchildren; a special uncle, who is more like a "Big Brother", Carson King, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life service at 2pm on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Carmen Church of God, Marshall, NC.
