Mayo Blanche G. Cutshall, 82, of 9014 Hwy 208, died February 1, 2012 at St. Joseph Campus of Missions Hospitals. She was a lifelong resident of Madison County and the daughter of the late Blanco and Lilie Bishop Gentry. Mrs. Cutshall owned and operated the Stateline Grocery Store for 48 yrs. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a sister Thula Roma Norton, brothers; infant Glenco Gentry and Elbert Jr. Gentry. Mrs. Cutshall is survived by daughter Joyce Cutshall Thomas and fiancé Ray Tweed of Marshall, son Dwayne Cutshall and wife Pam of Greeneville, TN, father of her children L.H. Cutshall; grandchildren Houston Lee Thomas II, Sarah Nichole and Brodie Dlane Cutshall; great grandchildren Scott Allen Thomas, Madison Robert Duckett, Lilyauna Jewel Kelley, and Amber Rice, great great-grandchild Savannah Michelle Thomas, nieces Janice Boone and Linda Fowler, nephews Clifton and Blanco Gentry, special sister-in-law Mable G. Gentry. A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, February 5, 2012 at Upper Paint Creek Church of God, Viking Mountain Rd., Greeneville, TN, of which she was member. Revs. Raymond Cantrell, Harlon Chandler and Buford Metcalf will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenelawn Memory Gardens, Greeneville, TN. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00pm Friday, February 3 and 6-8:00pm Saturday, February 4 at Blue Ridge Funeral Service, Mars Hill. Pallbearers will be Houston Lee Thomas II, Scott Thomas, Brodie Dlane Cutshall, Madison Duckett, Ray Tweed, Blanco and Clifton Gentry, Cody Mohler, Lindsey Boone and Arville Riddle.
