Michelle Corine Hair Morgan, 55, of Mars Hill, passed away, April 29, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Wayne Frankiln and Lucille Corine Carpenter Hair. Michelle was of the Christian Faith with a big heart for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She cherished spending time with her husband and children and took great joy in tending to her family. She loved the beach, the mountains, heartwarming movies, and her morning visits to Starbucks and Zuma's. She also shared a special bond with her two dogs, Freddie and Skjor, and her two cats, Punky and Geeky.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Morgan; daughter, Savannah Kent; sons, Justin Kent, Beau Morgan and Brett Morgan; sisters, Elizabeth Carone and Cynthia Kickasola; brother, Eddy Hair; grandchild, Wyatt Morgan; ex-husband, Gary Kent and several nieces and nephews.

Michelle always wore a beautiful smile and had a loving heart for all of God's children. She was the heart of her family, a steady source of strength, warmth, and unwavering support. As a wife, she was a true partner who shared life's joys and challenges with grace and loyalty. As a mother, she gave endlessly of herself, offering guidance, comfort, and unconditional love. Her kindness extended beyond her home; her gentle spirit and generous heart made everyone feel seen and cared for. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and compassion that will live on through all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A funeral service will be held at 1pm Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service. Pastor Chris Dillon and Pastor Ronald Dotson will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service. The burial will follow in the Mars Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
