Monica Ingle Arrington, 68, of Mars. Hill, went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2022. She is the daughter of Harold Ingle and Eula Grindstaff Ingle. She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Frank Arrington.

Monica is survived by her daughters, Jessica Chandler (Jerry) and Leighann Arrington (Kyle Sommer); a sister, Myra Jamerson (Warren); and granddaughter, Olivia Chandler; and two lifelong friends, Angie Anders and Peggy Howell.

Monica loved spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and planting flowers. Throughout her life she was known and loved by many, some called her friend, neighbor, sister, daughter, mother, and wife; however, her most beloved title was Nana.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Friday, December 16th, 2022, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Kenneth Parker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Arrington Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2pm Friday at the funeral home.
