Mr. Monroe Mace, 84, of Marshall, NC passed away peacefully at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC on Friday, November 11, 2022. Monroe was the son of the late Arthur and Mary Belle Norton Mace. He was also preceded in death by a sister: Biddie Ogle and a brother: Willard Mace.

Monroe is survived by his wife: Mary Belle Shook Mace, a son: Gary Mace and his wife Mary Alice, one sister: Rita Murray and two brothers: G.D. Mace and Troy Mace.

A graveside service will be held in Clark Cemetery in the Grapevine Community on Tuesday November 15, 2022, at 1:00pm with the Rev. Ken Parker officiating.
