Mrs. Nellie Seay Deweese, 79, of Barnardsville, NC passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at her home. Nellie was the daughter of the late Orville Wayne and Ethel Carr Seay. Nellie was preceded in death by her first husband: Carl Leroy Hall, her daughter: Teresa Hall Goforth, and her granddaughter: Natasha L. Hall.

Nellie is survived by her second husband, Floyd McKay Deweese of their home; one daughter, Carlene Freeman; two sons, Carl L. Hall (Tracy) and Michael Hall (Michelle Porche); one brother, Jack Seay; three grandchildren, Derek Fowler, Sterling Trull, and Vivian Hall, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 2:00pm at Pisgah View Memorial Park. Pastor David Hall will officiate.
