MARS HILL – Pamela Buckner Jarrett, 44, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Mission– St. Joseph's Medical Center after a long battle of cancer. She is the daughter of the late Hershel and Mildred Metcalf Buckner. Pam is survived by her husband; Michael Jarrett, daughter; Kristen Jarrett, son; Brad Jarrett, sister; Teresa (Roger) Honeycutt and brother Mickey (Deborah) Church both of Mars Hill, NC. A funeral service will be held 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 27, 2014, in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverends Mickey Church and Jerry Shelton will officiate.
