Pansy Marie Jones Morgan, age 70, of Fletcher passed away December 9th at her residence. She was born on June 5th, 1951, in Henderson County to the late James A. and Marie Crawford Jones. Pansy is preceded in death by her sisters, Elizabeth Arrington and Kathy Jones; as well as her brothers, Curtis Jones, Kenny Jones, and Jim Jones.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Jessie Morgan; daughter, JoAnn Morgan; sisters, Gail Morrow (Thomas), Virginia Morrow (Gene), Mary Fowler (Ronnie); brother, Benny Jones; grandchildren, Josh and D.J. Fowler and great grandchildren, Makenzie, Kaitlyn, Issac, Raelynn, and Addison.

Funeral services will be held Monday December the 13th at 2:00 pm in Grace Community Baptist Church. The Reverends Donald Hare and D.J. Fowler will officiate. Burial will follow in the Brickton Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Fletcher, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
