Paul Pritchard Briggs III, 37, of 1719 Bruce Road passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Memorial Mission Hospitals – St. Joseph Campus. He was a lifelong resident of Madison County and the son of Paul Pritchard Jr and Rita Foxx Briggs. Paul is a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church, graduate of Western Carolina University, employee of Asheville Ford and former Magistrate of Madison County.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Hollie Hensley Briggs; daughter, Bristol Allie Briggs; sister Lynn Austin and husband Barry; paternal grandmother, Elezene Briggs; nephew, Sage Austin, aunts, uncles and cousins..

A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Friday, January 24, at Mars Hill Baptist Church . Dr. Tommy Justus and Kelly Bryant will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-8:00pm Thursday, January 23, at Mars Hill Baptist Church.
