Paul Edward Carver, age 79 passed away on May 2, 2024. He was born on November 18, 1944, in Tennessee to the late Elizabeth Carver who passed away when Paul was 18 months old. After his mother's passing, he was then raised by his grandparents, Levi, and Bertha Carver.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Paul is survived by his wife, Dinah Woody Carver; daughter, Connie Carver-Hall (Jeff); son, Charles Edward "Chuck" Carver; grandchildren, Taylor Froneberger (Mike), Linsy Hall, Cassie Hall, and Courtney Thomas (Bobby); and four great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday May 5, 2024 in Upper Laurel Baptist Church. Reverends Junior Hensley and Ken Parker will officiate. The burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the church, prior to the service.
