Peggy L. Honeycutt, 70, passed away, January 4, 2025, surrounded by her family. She is now with Jesus, where she longed to be. Peggy was the daughter of the late, Jay and Harriet King. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, Yates and Gene King.

Left to cherish her memory are her twins, Gale Fender (Russell) and Dale Honeycutt (Carmen); grandchildren, Corey, Haley (Kendra), Megan (Chase), Chelsey (John); step grandsons, Dawson Fender (Mariah) and Levi Fender; great grandchildren, Cole, Ty, Mason and Carson; brother, Ray King (Diane), sisters, Gail Waycaster and Cathy Rector; sister-in-law, Kathy King and several nieces and nephews, whom she loved.

There will be a private service held at the request of Peggy. She will be laid to rest at the Faith Independent Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Corey, Chase, John, Cole and Russell.
