Peggy Price Shepherd, age 68, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She is the daughter of the late Thomas Junior Price and Wilma Rice McFadden. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Price. Mrs. Shepherd was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and wife.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Shepherd; sons, Gary Carr and Jackie Shepherd (Joni); brother, Tom Price; grandchildren, Gail, James (Angel) and Caleb; great grandchildren, Owen and Felicity and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, at Mt. Sheba Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Rhinehart will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. You may watch the service live on Mt. Sheba's YouTube channel at Mt. Sheba Baptist Church.
