Obituary
Richard Wallace Phillips, age 95 of 170 S. Main Street passed away Friday morning, September 6, 2013, at Mars Hill Retirement Center. A US Army Veteran he was a native of Kansas City, Kansas, but made Mars Hill Retirement Center his home for the past several years. A private burial will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, September 10, Lewis Memorial Park, Beaverdam Rd. Asheville, NC.
