Rickey Dean Allen, 60, of Hamburg Rd. passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018. He was the son of the late Furman J. and Evelyn Maynard Allen. He was a former supervisor at Champion Dying & Finishing. Rickey is survived by his sister, Cathy Gardner; aunt, Alene Allen with whom he made his home; niece, Stephanie Waldrup (Cimarron); nephew, Jeffrey Gardner (Shawna); great nieces, Hannah Jarvis (Jesse) and Gabby Waldrup; great-great niece, Calli Jarvis. A funeral service will be held 7:00PM Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Barnardsville Church of God, of which he was a member. Reverends Daniel Reed and Leonard Cole will officiate. Burial will be held at the Chambers Cemetery 11:00am Monday December 3, 2018. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
