Riley "Junior' Howard Bailey, age 77 passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021. He is the son of the late Howard Riley Sr. and Hattie Mae Sawyer Bailey. Mr. Bailey was a master craftsman carpenter.

He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Rogers (Arthur); son, Steve Bailey (Jennifer); sisters, Evelyn Emery and Brenda Garrison; brothers, Tom Bailey (Lorinda) and Charles Bailey; two grandchildren, Justin Bailey and Roman Crabb.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, May 20, 2021 in Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverends Larry Sprouse and Eddie Rice will officiate. Burial will follow in the Middle Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 PM prior to the service.
