Riley Ernest Hagan, 75 of 385 Fishers Lane, passed away at his residence Monday, September 30, 2013. He was a native of Madison County and son of the late Daniel Marvin and Mary Lucille Ledbetter Hagan. He is also preceded in death by brothers, James Lee, Marvin Daniel and Richard Ernest. Mr. Hagan was a retired employee of Steelcase Inc. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Roberts Hagan; son Jerry Hagan; sister, Mary Lou Waddell and husband Ronnie Mayer; brother, Rev. Bob Hagan and wife Margaret. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Friday, October 4, in Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Rev. Rob Hagan will Officiate. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 – 8 pm Thursday, October 3, at the funeral home.
