Robel Marion West, departed this earthly life at the blessed age of 102, Saturday, June 24, 2017. He was a lifelong native of Madison County and son of the late Robert Garfield and Belle Wilson West. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Katherine Ester Stines West; sisters, Louise Houston and Blanche Smith; brothers, Homer Cline, John Salon and Robert Louis West. He is survived by a daughter Barbara Fisher (David); sons, Albert West (Linda) and Rick West (Vickie); sisters, Betty Sams and Pauline Book, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces, nephew and other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held 11:00am Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Forks of Ivy Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Woody Dillingham will officiate.
