Robert Alan Chandler, 63, of Marshall, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of Madison County and the son of Helen Harvel Chandler and the late Andrew Chandler.

In addition to his mother, Robert is survived by his brothers, Andrew Chandler Jr., and William Chandler (Linda); niece, Kellie Byrd (Jason); nephews, Andy Lee Chandler (Lynn) and Nathan Chandler (Ashley); a special great niece, Celina Byrd; and several great nieces and great nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend Calvin Martin will officiate. Burial will follow in the Chandler Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Robert enjoyed watching Nascar racing and Cincinnati Reds baseball.
