Roger "Dale" Phillips, 53, of Weaverville, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020. He is a native of Buncombe County and the son of Gladys Brown Williams and the late Fred C. Phillips.

In addition to his mother, Dale is survived by his daughters, Summer and Shawna Phillips, both of Barnardsville; and his brothers, Clarence and Wayne (Kathy) Phillips, both of Weaverville.

A private graveside service will be held at 10am Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Ivy Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverend Don Metcalf will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
