Ronnie Wesley Warren, age 82, passed away Monday May 29, 2023, at The Laurels of Hendersonville. He was born June 29, 1940, in Buncombe County to the late Carroll W. and Jettie Smith Warren. Also preceding him in death was his wife, Iretha Mace Warren; and two daughters, Jan Baldwin and Cathy Williams; and a grandson Joshua "Bubba" Dewayne Correll.

Ronnie was a United States Army veteran. He retired from BASF-Enka.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Ronda Warren Smith; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and care giver and longtime friend of 30 years, Melody.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday June 3, 2023, in Ramsey Cemetery, Alexander. Reverend Larry Sprouse will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:30 pm in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service prior to the graveside service on Saturday.

The family would like to say how grateful they are to all of the staff at the Laurels of Hendersonville and Four Seasons Hospice for the impeccable care he was given while he was there.
