Russell Leon Bradley, age 52, of Mundy Cove Rd passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021. He was born to Douglas and Mary Bradley in April of 1968. Russell was employed as Lab Equipment Supervisor at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Russell was a graduate of North Buncombe High School in 1986. Through high school, Russell loved to play soccer, and outside of school, he played industrial league Softball and co-ed with his family.

Russell was married to Jennifer Cook Bradley in January of 1989. They had four wonderful children over 32 years of marriage.

Russell graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's of Science in Management in 2014.

Russell enjoyed history, with a specific passion for Viking culture. He loved gaming, everything from table top games to electronic and computer games. He was the prominent founder and leader of The Brimstone Legion.

Russell was a mentor and coach to his daughter, Aeryn, and their soccer team The Shield Maidens.

Later in life, Russell discovered a love for forging and metalworking. Russell had a strong desire to attend his church and serve the Lord, always putting God first.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jennifer Cook Bradley; daughter Aeryn Nicole Bradley; sons, Christopher Alan Bradley, Aeryk Russell Bradley (Gabrielle) and Nicklas Aidan Bradley; sisters, Malissa Howard (Charles) and Melanie Bradley and a brother Thomas Bradley (Rena).

A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Fairview Baptist Church with Reverend Todd Royal officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
