Shirley Fore Baldwin, 80, of Mars Hill, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024. She is the daughter of the late Carlus and Bertie Edwards Fore and lived most of her life in Madison County. Shirley was a member of Old Bull Creek Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Bruce Baldwin; two sisters, Ruth Edwards and Lucille Roberts; a brother Howard Fore.

Shirley is survived by her special son, Jeff Baldwin; two very sweet granddaughters, Macy & Asia Baldwin; special step mother-in-law, Averyl Baldwin; nephews, Joel Edwards, Allen Roberts, and Rick Fore; and a very special niece, Ann Fox.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service. Brother Eddie Fox and Rev. Kenneth Pack will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12-2pm Saturday at the funeral home. The burial will follow in Old Bull Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
