Shirley Jo Hensley Chandler, age 79 of Weaverville passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at Mission Hospital. She is the daughter of the late Zeb and Ellen Robinson Hensley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Chandler; sister, Elaine Hensley and brother, Landon Hensley.

She is survived by her daughters, Lisa and Linda Chandler; sons, Victor, Vincent, Rodney and Chris Chandler; sister, Jean Hensley; brother, George Hensley, several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Monday, September 6, 2021 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Bowman Rector Cemetery. The family will receive friends from

12:30 – 2:00PM prior to the service.
