Steven Hoye Fox, 65 of Mars Hill passed away December 3, 2025 at Mission Hospital while surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 25, 1960 in Asheville, NC to the late Edwin and Frances Fox.

Steven was a hair stylist for over 40 years and loved his work and clients very much. He deeply loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

Steven is survived by a sister, Deanna Buchanan; brothers, Eddie Fox (Sheila), Dana Fox (Rhonda), and Phillip Fox (Heather); a very special and dear friend, Jamie Thomasson; and several nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.

Honoring Steven's wishes and request, there will be no services.

The family sincerely appreciates all that has been done for Steven during his illness, especially the prayers.
