Sybil Ann Joyce Ramsey, age 66, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019. She was the daughter of the late James Berman and Nettie Chandler Ramsey. Mrs. Ramsey was a native of Madison County and a member of Light of Life Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, James Harvey, Monroe and Joseph Berman Ramsey.

She is survived by her husband, Alvin Butch Hall; daughters, Sabrina Rebecca Ridehour, Sybilla Ann Howell (Scott) and Hillary Nettie Ridehour; sister, Doris Ramsey Levan; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Chandler Family Cemetery. Rev. Mark Crowder will officiate.
