Obituary
Terrie Lynn Deweese, 63, of Buncombe County, passed away, February 3, 2026. She was a daughter of Garfield Jones and the late Wanda Norton. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her mother, Terrie is preceded in death by two sons, Jesse and Alexander Deweese.
She is survived by her daughter, Krystal Deweese; a son, Bradley Deweese; a brother, Tom Jones (Erin); and many grandchildren; Jordan, Jacob, Jocelyn and Seth Deweese and Bladen Turner.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Holcombe-Branch Cemetery in Mars Hill. Reverend Jerry Wheeler will officiate.
