Trevor Neal Ray, 34, of Mars Hill, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026. He was a lifelong resident of Madison County and the son of Warren and Robin Howe Ray.

In addition to his parents, Trevor is survived by his wife, Annie Trail Ray; a daughter, Salah Trail Ray, sons, Mikie Denton Trail and Julian Trail Ray; brother, Ryan Ray. sister, Natalee Ray Jones (Christopher) and their children Naomi & Lydia; Uncle Brandon Ray, and extended family Justina, Christian, Dakota, Michael, Hollie, and Kayte-lee.

Trevor was currently employed at Mission Hospital. During his spare time, he took a lot of pride in caring for all the animals on the family farm. He also enjoyed going on adventures with his family, whether it be hearing new music, watching movies, or trying new food.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Blue Ridge Funeral & Cremation Service.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Trevor's memory to Blue Ridge Funeral Service, PO Box 27, Mars Hill, NC 28754, to assist the family with funeral expenses.
