Virginia Grace Mullins Tipton, 80 of Rossiter, PA passed away Friday, December 25, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Wilburn and Della Belcher Mullins. Mrs. Tipton was also preceded in death by her husband Fred B. Tipton.

Mrs. Tipton is survived by her daughters, Sherry Lynn "Sissy" Tipton and Annette Moore (Terry); sons, Terry W. Tipton (Sherry) and Freddy H. Tipton (Jackie); nineteen grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, at Stoney Fork Independent Missionary Baptist Church. Reverends Josh Montgomery and Lloyd Moore will officiate. Burial will be held at 3:00pm at the WNC State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service
