MARSHALL-Wade Edward "Ed" Gosnell, 61, of 32 Truman Wyatt Drive, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015, at St. Joseph Hospital. He was the son of Lola Payne Gosnell and the late Rev. Roy Gosnell. Ed is also preceded in death by sisters, Christina and Priscilla Gosnell and a brother, R.J. Gosnell.
In addition to his mother, Ed is survived by daughters, Angie, Christina and Lori Gosnell; sons, Scott Greene (Rhonda) and Eric Gosnell; sisters, Bertha Littrell (Marvin), Irene Sams and Debbie Gosnell (David); brothers, Jerry and Mark Gosnell; grandchildren, Cody, Cory, Haley, Emily, Connor, Bryleigh and Easton.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverends Charles English, Bud Marlor and Clyde Thomason will officiate. Burial will follow in the Gosnell Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jeff and Tony Rogers, Rodney and Randy Littrell, Bryan Sams and Martin Gosnell. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
