Little Whitlee Lydia-Blake Young, 18 days old, of Weaverville, went back to Jesus on Tuesday July 18, 2023, at Mission Hospital. She was born June 30, 2023 to Isaac Young and Alexandra "Alex" Holt. She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Elaine Bell and great-great grandmother, Joyce Holcombe.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Kaisley and Renleigh Young; grandparents, Shannon and Jennifer Young, Christine and Shannon Franklin, Brian and Jennifer Holt, and Tiffany Marks; great grandparents, Powell and Debbie Young, and Joseph Bell; and several aunts and uncles.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 3:00 pm in Mt. Sheba Baptist Church. Reverends Powell Young, Steve Freeman and Willard Pruitt will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
