William M. Craine, 76, of Barnardsville, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025. He was born May 15, 1949 to the late Junior and Ruth Ray Craine. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Craine.

William was a peaceful family man and a retired concrete finisher.

He is survived by his son, Lawrence Craine (Tamara); brothers, Terry Craine (Diane) and Kenneth Craine (Debbie); two grandchildren, Tyler and Taylor; and one great grandchild.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, June 23, 2025, in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service. Rev. Dean Metcalf will officiate. Burial will follow in the Ray Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
