Willie Zene Ramsey, 81, of Mars Hill, passed away on January 28, 2025. She was born on November 21, 1943 in Flag Pond, TN. Willie was a daughter to the late Claude and Eunice Carver Ramsey.

Willie was a hardworking, dedicated and loving daughter. She retired from Micro Switch Manufacturing. Willie loved being outside and working in her yard, enjoying all nature had to offer. She was a loving aunt to all her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Ramsey and her niece, Lisa Marshall.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Shelby Jean Ramsey Metcalf; brother, Harlon Ramsey (Jeraldine); nieces and nephews, Michael Metcalf, Jeremy, Jason, and Josh Ramsey, and Christy McGhee; and several great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday January 31, 2025, in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral and Cremation Service. Rev. Nick Coates will officiate. Burial will be in the Divide Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
