When our loved ones die it pains our hearts. Our loving God is aware of this and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34:18 says: "GOD is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." The promise at Revelation 21:4 is also very comforting which says: "He (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore."
