Ruth Mullinax Eatmon (Mullinax)
Ruth Mulllinax Eatmon, 95 of Eatmon Hill Drive, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017. She was the daughter of Elon T. and Lyda Lee Beddingfield Mullinax. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband R. Wayne Eatmon, sisters, Bonnie Mae Pace, Pearl Jarvis, Viola Mullinax and Julia Erwin, brothers Charlie, Theron, Claney and one infant brother.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Eatmon (Judy), Bob Eatmon (Kathy); grandchildren, Teresa Buckner(Dwayne), Melonee Purcell (Drew), Susan Eatmon, Jonathan Eatmon, Ben Eatmon (Vanessa) Andrew Eatmon, Sam Eatmon, seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 4:00 pm Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Reverends Joshua Hughes, Stanley Peek and Andrew Purcell officiating. Burial will follow in the Jarvis Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2:00 – 4:00 PM prior to the service.
