Condolence: My family and I met Frank and lived near him for over a year in 2011-2012 but maintained a friendship with him since that time. He was a wonderful friend and would do anything he could to help others. My daughter Selina loved him like a grandfather. Our hearts break for the family of this precious man and wonderful friend. Condolence: I am truly going to miss Frank. He is my brother and friend. My only regret is that we did not get to see each other as much as we would have liked. He was one of the kindest people I know. He will truly be missed. Heaven is a brighter place with his presence.
