Charline Fresch

Dearest Family of our Beloved George, Gary and I want to let you know you are loved and that not a day goes by that memories of George do not flood into our hearts. His laughter, the way he always found something beautiful in every view or situation, he was the most positive man I ever met. Our meals at Thanksgiving where we praised God for each other and all the blessings we had just being together. We have pictures upstairs and down stairs of both Mozelle and George and they are such pleasant reminders of the precious time spent in years past. Special memories I have are of herding sheep in the very early morning and hearing him say “now I understand why you love these animals” He always called me his little sheep herder then even from the pulpit. His laugh and grin were infectious and his love for the Lord colored every second of his life. Even though my Daddy was alive most of the time I knew George , my soul and heart thought and cherished George as my Dad too. George was who I turned to for spiritual guidance aid in the most painful times of my life, and I so miss being able to turn to him now, but He showed me where to turn to Lord Jesus. We loved to see him enjoy and he enjoyed like no other a good meal and even sneak a desert when he knew Mozelle did not want him to have it. Our bus trips will forever be cherished memories and still hear him on the intercom with Mozelle having a negotiations on the next stop on the trip. We ate and laughed till we hurt but it was the best hurt of being as close to heaven as possible. Missing George is a moment by moment thing for me and I love him with all my soul. Gary remembers George’s Men’s Bible studies and trips with him up Storm King Mountain and into Escalante canyon. He treasures his time with George when he went to work with him, “we went to Miramonte Reservoir a 100 miles into the mountains, , the last 5 miles on a 4 wheel drive road, while I serviced equipment, George spent his time walking about North Mountain that had a commanding view in all directions, to the South you could see all the way to Mesa Verde George told me he very much enjoyed being there and he felt very much at peace.” Gary said he has never met anyone who displayed love for the Lord more than George. George always put humor in every situation A year is a long time and we miss George so deeply, but cling to the hope of Eternity walking and laughing and loving with George again. Love to you all He adored every one of you so much Charline and Gary Fresch of Montrose Colorado
