Obituary for Walter Jackson Moore

Walter Jackson Moore
Walter Jackson Moore, 78, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018. He was the son of the late Chester Jackson and Edith Chandler Moore. He is preceded in death by sisters, Marie Lunsford and Etta Jane Boyce and brothers, Lawrence and Ricky Moore.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lois Banks Moore; daughters, Cindy Coffey (Ronnie), Donna Swann (Bo); Sherry Moore and Vicky Conner (Kevin); son, Randall Moore (Laura); 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, May 5, 2018, in the Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service with Rev. Josh Candler officiating. Burial will follow at the Elk Mountain Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
