Pearl M. Jarvis, 96, of 515 Pond Rd., Asheville, died Monday, October 17, 2011 at WNC Baptist Home, Asheville, NC. Mrs. Jarvis was born in Greenville S.C. to the late E.T. and Lida Beddingfield Mullinax. She was also preceded in death by her husband Hobart G. Jarvis Sr. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Asheville, NC.
Mrs. Jarvis is survived by sons: Hobart Garrett Jarvis, Jr. , and Arnold Jarvis both of Asheville, sisters; Ruth Eatmon of Mars Hill, NC and Julia Erwin of Tuxedo, NC., grandchildren: Mitch, Darren, Gary, and Jennifer Jarvis, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.
A graveside Service will be held 3:00 pm, Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Jarvis Cemetery conducted by Rev. Allen Rash.
