Obituary for Alice Lorraine Norment (White)
Alice Lorraine White, 79, was reunited with her loved ones in heaven on January 27, 2017. Her parents Bart and Johnnie White of Marshall; her sister, Betty White; and son, Joe Eller pre-deceased her.
Lorraine worked for the FBI in Washington, DC after graduation from Marshall High. After graduation from Western Carolina College (WCU), she worked in Finance/Accounting for Pepsi Cola. She spent the last fifteen years in retirement at her home in Charlotte, enjoying her beautiful rose, holly and bamboo bushes.
Lorraine was beautiful on the inside and outside and leaves behind many loved ones that will greatly miss her while cherishing and sharing all the wonderful memories of her. Lorraine was a master of conversation and gift giving, which have become even rarer gifts these days. She really listened and wanted to give something that would really be enjoyed.
No formal services will be held. Blue Ridge Funeral Service has assisted the family with final arrangements.
