Wonderful Teacher

Dear Family of Mr. Sams: I am saddened to learn of Mr. Sams passing. I was a student at Mars Hill College. He was one of the best teachers I ever had. He gave me such confidence and encouragement in mathematics. He cared for his students and wanted us to do well. He was so enthusiastic about teaching. Be thankful in knowing he made a positive difference in the lives of many, many students. He always remembered me when I went back to visit. A life well lived and well loved.
